They can be sweet or bitter.
Like the end of a year, exams, movies, books
There’s another kind of ending known as death.
Death, it’s such a depressing word.
The death of our loved ones, the death of stars, even our phone batteries die.
People die every day.
In their sleep, in accidents, in hospital beds, in their homes, workplaces.
But should we fear death?
The question should be ‘Is fearing death worth it?’
As a person who experiences anxiety, one of the biggest advice I was given was ‘ Don’t get anxious over things you don’t have control over’
Death is something we don’t have control over either, do we?
Life never came with an expiration date.
I’m glad it didn’t because we would’ve spent our time counting the days left .
Well although life doesn’t come with an expiration date, we all will die someday.
As humans, we value immortality so much that rich people do everything in their power to increase their time on this planet.
What most people forget is –
Life was never measured in the number of days you lived for,
Well those are the days that you’ve simply existed on this planet.
Living and existing are two different concepts.
Their definitions differ from person to person.
My definition of living is the moments you feel alive, the times you’re actually in the moment, the moments you feel emotions.
In the current world, we’ve so many distractions.
You could go down watching back-to-back short videos.
It’s a spiral of videos, you’ll start one moment and the next you know it’s an hour wasted.
It’s easier to live this way, rather than dealing with our own emotions and doing something of our own.
Whenever you’re wasting your time, ask yourself ‘Is this something, worth spending time on?
Your time on earth is limited.
Spend it while doing something you’ll love and enjoy.
Live your life, don’t just exist.
Dearest reader look around the world .
Everyone around you, they’re gonna die someday.
The clock is ticking and you don’t know when it will stop.
You’re getting closer to death every second.
Feel the beat of your heart, the oxygen flowing through your body.
You’re alive and so are the people you love.
Cherish them and live a life you’ll love.
Make the best of your time, cause time, it’s more precious than anything in this world.
This is the first piece I’m posting
Here’s to new beginnings although ironically it is called endings
One response to “Endings”

Well,at such young age,Iβm so proud to know that you think so much about life, afterall everyone knows about this in their brains and hearts but still choose to do what the rest of the world has been doing, isnβt it?
Rare are people who stand out of the crowd and these are the ones who do wonders while living and not existing;)LikeLike
